2. Unzip the template file which you have downloaded from template website.
When
you download the blogger template it will be in Zipped File, so you have to
extract it first after extracting that file a new unzipped file will be created
automatically. Open the new unzipped file and find the (.xml) File.
3. Log in to Blogger
Log in to www.blogger.com with your
Google account. (Ignore this step if you are already logged in)
4. Click the Theme tab on your Blogger Dashboard.
If you have multiple blogs then choose one that you want to change template on your Blogger Dashboard, Access "Theme" tab in the options panel on the left. Click on that tab.
5. Access Backup / Restore button.

7. Find and Select (.xml) file for uploading.
8. Start uploading your template.

*Begin with Step - 4 and Open the (.xml) file on notepad
*It may take few moments to open that file. Now, when it will be open select all the codes by pressing Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C. The codes will be copied.
*Go to the Blogger theme section you can see Edit HTML button as shown below, Click on it.
*Your blogger editor panel will be open and you have to click anywhere on it and press Ctrl+A to select all coding and then Ctrl+V to paste coding and finally click on Save Theme Button and wait for saving. Confirm by viewing the blog and that's it.
